The Problem
An industrial client is defending itself from personal property damage and class action lawsuits related to PFAS contamination. Numerous other potentially responsible parties are included in the litigation.
The Solution
TIG Environmental is working with counsel and the client to understand the scope of PFAS contamination, the possible contributions from other sources, and the fate and transport of PFAS. This information is being used to understand potential liabilities, develop a conceptual model of how PFAS
came to be present at the plaintiff’s properties, and support the legal defense.
