Ginger Clarke is a member of the Leadership and Operations team for The Intelligence Group and TIG Environmental, and serves as Director of Finance and Human Resources. Reporting directly to the President & CEO, she has hands-on responsibility for the firm’s accounting and finances, overseeing all financial functions including banking and Certified Public Accountant relationships. Along with TIG Project Managers and Directors, she has primary responsibility for client financial functions.

As the Director of Human Resources for the firm, Ms. Clarke oversees hiring processes, HR policy and procedures, employee benefits and compensation, and has primary responsibility for HR service provider relationships. She is located in TIG’s HQ office in Bedminster, NJ.
